In the UAE, Descon recently launched a Skills & Awareness Enhancement Program tailored for Emirati professionals, focusing on technical acumen, leadership potential, and HSE excellence; a step aligned with the country's Emiratization goals and future workforce strategies.

In Qatar, we set up our state-of-the-art workshop facility in Ras Laffan, reinforcing our commitment to local manufacturing and technical excellence. The workshop has already secured multiple ASME certifications, underlining our capabilities in fabrication, assembly, and repairs: all purpose-built to support Qatar’s ICV objectives while delivering greater responsiveness to client needs.

In Oman, we are steadily expanding local hiring within teams, ensuring that Omani nationals have meaningful roles in our operations, supporting the country's objective of creating a resilient and skilled local workforce.
