Nausheen Ahmad

A Barrister at Law and an Advocate of the Sindh High Court , Nausheen has over 27 years of corporate and commercial law experience both within law firms and as inhouse legal counsel. She has worked as Company Secretary and Head of Legal of ICI Pakistan Ltd ( now known as Lucky Core Industries) and HBL, Pakistan’s largest private sector bank. She has also worked with Unilever Pakistan and Pakistan Petroleum Ltd. Her experience therefore covers different sectors and industries. Currently she runs her independent practice in Karachi as the Legal and Governance Advisory. She serves on a number of Boards of Listed Companies as an independent director , these being, Meezan Bank Ltd, International Steel Ltd, Jubilee General Insurance Company Ltd, Engro Qadirpur Ltd and has recently joined the Board of DEL as an independent director. Nausheen teaches corporate and business law at KSBL and is an executive trainer with IBA specializing in Directors Certification training and governance.
