Kinan Raslan

Kinan joined Descon team in 2019 and has been contributing to the business development and strategy efforts since then, starting from UAE up to heading the business development function of Overseas businesses. Along with his team, he helped Descon in achieving its business generation and strategy targets while strengthening client relationships and maintaining good understanding of different market dynamics and competition. He has done his B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in Damascus University (Syria) and has an MBA degree from Strathclyde Business School (UK). Additionally, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI. Kinan brings with him a diverse experience in the areas of business development, client interface, project management, vendor management, EPC and electrical engineering with different industries i.e. Oil & Gas, Power and Utilities. Throughout his career journey, Kinan worked with different companies in the industry such as Petrofac International and Danway LLC, and has been assigned to multiple projects and accounts by different clients such as ADNOC (UAE), Sonatrach (Algeria), KOC (Kuwait) and PDO (Oman) to deliver the required solutions and further develop business with prime focus on the customer.In his role as the Chief Strategy Officer, Kinan reports to the CEO.
